Rainbow Valley trout pâté, orange gin cured trout with a gin and lemon gel

Northmoor Gin and Fever-Tree tonic with lemon and thyme

 

28-day dry aged pave of sirloin, spinach, Devon blue fondue, burnt leek

Fillet of cod, brown shrimps, buttered artichoke purée, local asparagus
