Set lunch menu and early bird supper

Served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunch times and between 6pm – 7pm.

Small plates

Soup ‘of the day with bread (v) (G/F)

 Free range chicken tangdi with our mango chutney and yogurt

 Naturally smoked haddock Welsh rarebit or without the haddock for vegetarian

 Whipped goat’s cheese, beetroot relish, honey and truffle dressing, candied walnuts (v)

 

Mains

Pheasant kiev, petit ratatouille, Parmentier potatoes

 Creedy carver confit duck leg, celeriac puree, savoy cabbage and bacon, cider jus

 Fillet of Newlyn hake almond and parsley crust carrot rosti, cumin and carrot puree, heritage carrot

 

Desserts

Banana and salted caramel Eton mess, banana and peanut butter ice cream.

 Warm chocolate and Inedit cake with ruby chocolate ice cream

 Yorkshire rhubarb and rice pudding
