On November 29, we’re hosting a special six-course meal with guest chef Russell Brown, who ran the Michelin-starred restaurant Sienna in Dorset for 12-years before launching his consultancy business, Creative About Cuisine.
Russell has been involved in the food industry across the West Country for more than 20 years and is currently focused on food writing and photography, as well as his consultancy work.
He has worked in hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafés across the region. His time behind the stove culminated with the award of a Michelin star at Sienna in 2010. The star was retained until the restaurant was sold in 2015.
Russell regularly supplies articles and photography to a number of food magazines and websites. His first book, ‘Well Seasoned’, written with co-author Jon Haley, was published in March this year by Head of Zeus.
When he isn’t consulting, writing or behind the camera, Russell can regularly be found doing demonstrations at food shows and taking part in guest chef dinners.
Tickets for our special evening cost £45 per person. To book, please get in touch today. You can find out more about Russell here.
