Paul and Olivier will be two of six chefs cooking for the ‘Chefs for Hope’ charity tasting dinner on November 19 at Knowle Manor. They will be supported by learners from Foxes Hotel.
The dinner, which includes six courses, will be in aid of MIND, Somerset. Tickets cost £110, including wine flight. An auction of promises will follow.

Chefs for Hope is a Somerset-based organisation fundraising for charities from the county.
In 2019 it is raising money for MIND and the youth service it aims to raise £5,000 for will allow 35 children with mental health issues to receive one on one support for a year.
