Chicken liver parfait, pickled vegetables, port reduction, toast

Caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese tart, rocket

Soup of the day, bread and butter (V)

 

Mains

Roasted spiced cauliflower with almonds and sultanas (credit Russel Brown) (V)

 Pork tenderloin, champ potato cake, kalettes, cider sauce

Fillet of bream, crushed potatoes, buttered savoy cabbage, prawn and shellfish bisque

    All meals are complete with vegetables and potatoes

Vanilla pannacotta, poached rhubarb, pistachio cookie

Chocolate Guinness cake, raspberry sorbet
