Work/life balance

It’s important to have a good work/life balance and to step away from emails, social media and the endless overload of information. During the evenings and weekends, switch off and enjoy spending time with your family and friends.

Get some fresh air

Spending time in the great outdoors is a great way to clear your head and de-stress. Go for a walk in the park or somewhere more rugged or do some gardening.


Pick up a good book, and we mean a real one, not a virtual one. One that you can physically hold. The lights from tablets and screens are harsh on the eyes, especially at bedtime and the blue light is known to make it difficult for us all to switch off at the end of the day.
